UK regulator probes BT over alleged failure to provide information
LONDON: Britain’s communications regulator Ofcom said on Wednesday it had opened an investigation into whether BT Group failed to comply with legally binding requests for information.
Ofcom said it had issued formal information requests to BT entities in December 2023 seeking data on the experiences of customers who had entered into contracts or placed orders for fixed landline or broadband services.
