Amara Raja deploys 1 GWh of cumulative lithium energy storage in telecom sector

NEW DELHI: Amaraja Raja Energy & Mobility (ARE&M) on Tuesday said it has deployed 1 gigawatt-hour (GWh) of cumulative lithium energy storage across 50,000 telecom sites nationwide.

“The milestone has helped the company cement its position as a market leader in the telecom battery segment with 35% cumulative market share,” the homegrown energy storage solutions and Li-ion cell maker said in a statement.
