Apple is going to follow a completely different approach for the launch of the iPhone 18 series this year. If this is true, then the iPhone 18 will be released in the first half of 2027. Whereas the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will be released this year.
According to MacRumors, there are also rumors of the first-ever foldable iPhone from Apple since Apple is celebrating its 50-year milestone this year.
Therefore, Apple will have to make space in the already packed annual September launch event.
