Mukesh Ambani tops global wealth gainers after Reliance shares surge over $6 billion
Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani has topped the global billionaire wealth-gainers’ list after his fortune surged by more than USD 6 billion in a single day, driven by a sharp rally in the company’s shares following stronger-than-expected quarterly results.
According to Forbes’ Real-Time Billionaires list, Ambani’s wealth increased by 7.85 per cent, or USD 6.3 billion, making him the biggest gainer globally in the latest update to the ranking on November 2.
