T-Mobile US sees physical AI in early stages; outlines work with Ericsson, Nokia
NEW DELHI: T-Mobile US expects substantial business opportunities from physical AI to emerge well in the next 10 years.
CEO Srini Gopalan told investors during the telco’s post-earnings conference call that the physical AI market is in its “very early innings” and its 2035 form is uncertain. However, current generative AI trends highlight a need for physical infrastructure, specifically low-latency connectivity, edge inference, and voice capabilities, Gopalan said. T-Mobile US offers all three elements.
