Homegrown handset maker Karbonn to foray into India’s smartphone market
NEW DELHI: Homegrown Karbonn is entering India’s smartphone market as the handset maker seeks to re-establish its presence in a market dominated by Chinese original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
“Karbonn, the Indian mobile-phone brand with over 15 years of industry presence, is entering a new chapter as it re-establishes its presence in India’s smartphone market,” the company said in a statement on Thursday.
