Hitachi to combine US subsidiaries, launch digital services company in 2027
NEW DELHI: Hitachi said on Wednesday that it plans to launch Hitachi Digital on April 1, 2027, bringing together its US subsidiaries, GlobalLogic and Hitachi Digital Services.
This new global digital services company will guide enterprise digital transformation using cloud, data, and AI.
Hitachi Digital will operate with approximately 35,000 professionals across 27 countries, serving over 880 active clients. The company combines product and software engineering with enterprise systems and operational expertise, leveraging over a century of Hitachi’s experience in mission-critical infrastructure.
