RCom RP files curative petition in SC over spectrum insolvency ruling: Report

NEW DELHI: The resolution professional (RP) for Reliance Communications (RCom) has filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court, according to a Financial Express report.

This action seeks to recall a ruling that prevents telecom spectrum from being part of insolvency proceedings. The petition, filed on October 16 by Anish Niranjan Nanavaty, follows the Supreme Court’s dismissal of RCom’s review petition on July 28.
