Bumble to go private in USD 1.3 billion deal as online dating industry faces reset
New Delhi [India], October 14 (ANI): Dating app operator Bumble Inc. will be acquired by Ithaca Holdings in an all-cash deal valuing the company at USD 1.3 billion, as the platform looks to rebuild its business amid declining paying users and prolonged revenue pressure.
Under the definitive agreement announced on Tuesday, Bumble shareholders will receive USD 6.05 per share, representing a 138 per cent premium to the stock’s closing price on October 9, 2026.
