IMC 2026: ‘Zero-touch automation, indigenous IP critical for 5G QoE, value capture’
NEW DELHI: Telecom industry leaders and policy experts on Thursday underscored that network monetisation and operational efficiency in high-density markets will depend on zero-touch automation, end-to-end quality of experience (QoE), and indigenous IP creation.
Speaking at the ongoing India Mobile Congress (IMC 2026), Reliance Jio President of Regulatory Policy UK Srivastava highlighted that zero-touch networks provide significant returns on investment in large-scale markets like India by preventing minor disruptions from becoming major service outages.
