IMC 2026: BSNL partners with Saptang Labs on AI-enabled security, signs EoI with Fujitsu on photonics
NEW DELHI: State-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Thursday unveiled four major strategic initiatives at India Mobile Congress (IMC 2026), focused on customer service, cybersecurity, government messaging, and optical networking.
The announcements were made in the presence of Union Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia and Department of Telecommunications Secretary Amit Agrawal.
“Trust is BSNL’s greatest strength, and we intend to earn it every single day,” said A Robert J Ravi, chairman and managing director at BSNL.
