Airtel hikes postpaid rentals by Rs 50, adds free international roaming trip
Bharti Airtel on Wednesday raised monthly rentals across its postpaid portfolio by ₹50, while bundling one free international roaming trip per SIM every year with the revamped plans. The new pricing takes effect from Thursday, October 8.
The individual plan now costs ₹499 a month, up from ₹449. Family plans are priced at ₹749 for two members, ₹1,049 for three, ₹1,249 and ₹1,449 for four, and ₹1,799 for five.
The complimentary roaming pack runs for five days and includes 5GB of data, 60 minutes of calls and 25 outgoing SMS, with incoming SMS free. Customers can activate it at a time of their choosing. On family plans, each member is eligible for a free trip.
