Former LinkedIn chief Ryan Roslansky to leave Microsoft

Microsoft on Thursday said Ryan Roslansky, executive vice president who heads its M365 apps and previously served as LinkedIn CEO, is leaving the company.

* Roslansky became LinkedIn CEO in 2020 and stepped down from that role earlier this year. Dan Shapero will continue as LinkedIn CEO and report directly to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Microsoft said.

* Nadella said in a blog post that Roslansky’s team had spent the past year bringing together product, engineering and design foundations for Microsoft’s next phase of work around Copilot.
