HPE bags $1.2 billion AI server rack deal from cloud firm Vultr

NEW DELHI: Enterprise technology major Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) on Wednesday raised its long-term networking revenue growth forecast, driven by accelerating artificial intelligence demand, and announced a $1.2 billion server rack deal with cloud firm Vultr.

The company now expects its networking segment revenue to grow at a high-teens compound annual growth rate from fiscal 2026 to fiscal 2029, up from its previous projection of 5 to 7 per cent annual growth through fiscal 2028.
