Dixon Technologies subsidiary inks licensing pact with Aviat to manufacture microwave radios
NEW DELHI: Contract manufacturer Dixon Technologies’ subsidiary, Dixon Electro Appliances (DEAPL), has signed an intellectual property license agreement with telecom gear vendor Aviat Networks India to manufacture and sell microwave radios.
“Under the agreement, Aviat has granted DEAPL a limited license to use specified intellectual property, including technical know-how, solely for the manufacture, use, offer for sale and sale of microwave radios, on the terms and conditions of the agreement,” Dixon said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
