Orient Cables raises ₹165.6 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO
New Delhi, Orient Cables (India) Ltd on Thursday raised ₹165.6 crore from anchor investors ahead of the launch of its ₹552-crore initial public offering (IPO).
The company allotted 60,88,233 equity shares to 20 anchor investors at ₹272 per share, the upper end of the IPO price band, according to a circular uploaded on BSE’s website.
Anchor investors included Nippon India Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Ashoka Whiteoak, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund and Edelweiss Life Insurance Company.
