Ericsson, TSSC launch CoE in Mumbai for 5G, emerging tech skills
NEW DELHI: Ericsson and the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) on Thursday launched a Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Government ITI Govandi, Mumbai to equip underserved and aspiring youth with industry-relevant skills in 5G and other emerging technologies.
The CoE will provide specialised training in key areas including 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), telecom product line assembly, and handheld device repair. The programme expects to benefit around 300 students in its first year, focusing on enhancing employability and facilitating job placements upon successful course completion.
