HC asks SAP India to restore services to Nayara Energy

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday directed software service provider SAP India to restore full and uninterrupted software services to Indo-Russian oil refining and marketing company Nayara Energy.

Justice Vikas Mahajan, while allowing Nayara Energy’s plea seeking restoration of SAP India’s suspended services, refused to keep the judgement in abeyance for two weeks, as sought by the software service provider.
