Mobilise launches platforms for businesses to embed digital telecom services

Telecom software provider Mobilise has launched its HERO API Suite and HERO MVNO Platform, two new products designed to help businesses integrate, launch, and scale digital telecom services. These platforms are aimed at organisations ranging from fintechs and travel brands to digital service providers and MVNOs, offering flexible entry points into the telecom sector through a shared technology ecosystem.

The HERO API Suite allows businesses to embed specific telecom capabilities, such as eSIM connectivity, into their existing applications and customer journeys. Meanwhile, the HERO MVNO Platform provides a comprehensive environment for launching and operating full digital mobile services, including customer onboarding, provisioning, billing, and service management.

Both products are built on Mobilise’s HERO orchestration layer, which coordinates various workflows including customer journeys, provisioning, payments, billing, and connectivity. This modular architecture is designed to accelerate time to market for businesses looking to offer mobile services.

Hamish White, founder and CEO of Mobilise, emphasised that connectivity is no longer exclusive to traditional telecom providers. “Travel brands, fintechs and digital platforms are increasingly exploring how mobile services can enhance the customer experiences they already deliver,” White stated. He added that the new platforms give businesses the flexibility to start with embedded capabilities and scale to full MVNO operations on a common foundation.

The HERO API Suite includes sandbox access, developer documentation, and onboarding support to facilitate rapid service launches. Potential applications include travel companies integrating eSIM into booking processes and fintechs adding telecom services to their apps. The HERO MVNO Platform supports multiple connectivity providers and various eSIM activation methods, such as QR code, deep-link, and in-app activation, enhancing digital onboarding experiences.
