Trump dismisses AI slowdown calls, says ‘negative forces shouldn’t be bringing it up’

Doonbeg [Ireland], September 13 (ANI): Dismissing recent calls from various leaders in the industry to slow down the pace of Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, US President Donald Trump on Sunday said the United States is leading China in AI and that “negative forces” should not be raising such concerns.

Speaking to reporters during his visit to Ireland, Trump said safeguards could be considered but questioned the need to raise concerns over slowing AI development.
