iPhone Duo faces India sticker shock at Rs 2.99 lakh, stoking debate over US price gap
A Calcutta-Bangkok round trip with a four-night stay will cost under a lakh if you book flight tickets for October 23, the day the iPhone Duo becomes available. The company’s first foldable is priced upwards of ₹2,99,900 for 256GB, while the top 2TB variant comes in at ₹4,49,900.
The pricing is making potential buyers compare it with the US starting price of $1,999 (approximately 1,91,000). iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max too begin at a higher price than the earlier generation.
