Fortune Hospitality & Infra to invest nearly ₹60,000-crore to set-up AI hyperscale data center park in Telangana

NEW DELHI: Fortune Hospitality & Infra LLP said it plans to develop a 170-acre hyperscale artificial intelligence (AI) data center park in Telangana with an initial investment of nearly ₹60,000 crore.

At full build-out, cumulative capital deployment could rise to ₹1 lakh crore as additional phases and operator infrastructure are commissioned, the company said in a statement recently.

Fortune Hospitality & Infra LLP is leading the development through its project Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Sudeeksha Estates LLP, in partnership with leading global data-centre operators and hyperscalers.
