G20 Innovation Ministers’ Meeting: Jitin Prasada discusses AI, India-specific benchmarks with Anthropic’s Tom Brown

NEW DELHI: Minister of State for Electronics and IT Jitin Prasada met Tom Brown, co-founder of Anthropic, during the G20 Innovation Ministers’ Meeting in Chapel Hill, to discuss the evolving artificial intelligence (AI) landscape and to potentially collaborate on benchmarks for the Indian context.

“Hon’ble MoS also engaged with Tom Brown, Co-founder of Anthropic, and discussed the rapidly evolving AI landscape and opportunities emerging from advances in AI,” the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) said on Monday.

“Some key discussions included the possibility of collaboration to develop benchmarks for the Indian context,” it added.
