Hexaware CEO Srikrishna quits, EXL veteran named successor
Indian IT services firm Hexaware said on Wednesday that Vivek Jetley, a senior executive at Nasdaq-listed EXL, would take over as its CEO, effective October 28.
The company said Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan had resigned as CEO to pursue personal interests and will be relieved of his duties next month. He held the post for over a decade and also oversaw Hexaware’s listing on the bourses last year.
The resignation comes as Indian IT services firms face the double whammy of AI-related disruption and macro overhang that is forcing clients to tweak tech spends.
