Charter Communications CFO Fischer to step down in October

Charter Communications said on Monday that Chief Financial Officer Jessica Fischer would step down on October ‌15 ⁠and named ⁠Kevin Howard interim CFO.

The ​company, shares of which were down ​over 2% in extended trading, said it would immediately ​launch a ⁠search for ‌a finance chief.

Howard, currently ​Charter’s ​executive vice president ⁠and chief accounting officer and controller, ​previously served as interim CFO ​in 2010.
