Apple may launch AI-powered smart glasses in 202: Here’s what to expect

Apple could make its entry into the smart glasses market as early as next year, with a product focused on artificial intelligence rather than augmented reality. According to reports, the company’s first smart glasses are expected to combine cameras, Siri and built-in speakers to help users interact with the world around them, according to reports. Unlike AR glasses, they are not expected to have a display.

Instead, users may be able to ask Siri questions about what they are seeing, translate signs and get information about their surroundings. Apple is also reportedly testing different designs as it prepares for a new category of AI-powered wearable devices.
