Infineon Technologies picks up 6.3 lakh sq ft Bengaluru office in ₹750-crore rental deal
MUMBAI: German semiconductor major Infineon Technologies, which announced the acquisition of power semiconductor startup C2i Semiconductors on Monday, has picked up over 6.3 lakh sq ft of office space in Bengaluru through a long-term lease, with the company set to pay more than ₹750 crore in rent, making it one of the largest office deals in the city.
The company’s India arm Infineon Technologies India has leased 6,31,923 sq ft at Bagmane Solarium City in Whitefield from Akruthi Infra-Build Developers, which is part of the Bagmane Group and a member of the sponsor group of Bagmane Prime Office REIT.
