‘We will slow offline expansion, focus on profitability’: PhysicsWallah’s Prateek Maheshwari
PhysicsWallah’s Q1 FY27 revenue growth was driven largely by higher revenue per student rather than enrolment growth. Revenue from operations rose 24% to Rs 1,054 crore, while net loss narrowed to Rs 88 crore from Rs 127 crore. Paid users grew 2.4% to 2.49 million, with NEET’s cancelled and re-conducted examination affecting enrolment cycles.
