Instagram changes its logo after 10 years; even ChatGPT joins the ‘Instagzam’ fun
After a decade of quietly ruling millions of home screens, Instagram’s sudden hello with a new wordmark on Thursday was a testament to ‘change is the only constant’. A little reinvention, but the result? The birth of a minimalist wordmark that has sent the internet into a spiral over which one was better.
The change is limited to the word “Instagram” displayed at the top of the app. The familiar pink, orange and purple camera icon remains unchanged.
