China to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on single-mode optical fibre imports from India

NEW DELHI: China’s commerce ministry said on Thursday that it will continue to impose anti-dumping duties on single-mode optical fibre imports from India for five more years, starting Friday (August 14), according to a Reuters report.

The decisions follows a review initiated a year ago, which found that terminating the anti-dumping measures could lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and harm China’s domestic optical fibre industry.
