L&T inks agreement to divest data center biz to Vyoma for ₹1,400 crore

NEW DELHI: Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Tuesday said it has signed an agreement to divest its data center and cloud services business to its wholly-owned subsidiary Vyoma for ₹1,400 crore.

“The company has today executed a business transfer agreement with Vyoma.AI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, for transfer of company’s data center and cloud services business, on a going concern basis, through slump sale, to Vyoma for an aggregate consideration of ₹1,400 crore,” L&T said in a regulatory filing.
