Airtel Africa revenue rises to $1.85 bn in Q1FY27; to list mobile-money unit in London this year
NEW DELHI: Airtel Africa on Thursday reported a 31% year-on-year rise in its Q1FY27 revenue to $1.85 billion on the back of growth across all segments and macroeconomic tailwinds that supported currency appreciation.
In the June quarter of fiscal year 2027, the telecom company’s revenue increased by 21.1% in constant currency terms. “All segments continued to see double-digit constant currency revenue growth,” it said.
