Karnataka tops India with 41% share in software exports
Karnataka ranks first in the country, contributing a massive 41% of India’s total software exports and the state government remains firmly committed to boosting exports.
The figures were shared at the State Level Export Promotion Committee (SLEPC) meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Shalini Rajneesh here and attended by senior state and central government officials, industry representatives and export promotion councils.
According to an official statement, Karnataka ranks first in the country by contributing 41% share to India’s total software exports. Additionally, the state has maintained its top position by securing a 24% share in the nation’s overall export sector.
