Route Mobile inks deal to acquire Heltar’s AI-driven omnichannel engagement business
NEW DELHI: Route Connect, a subsidiary of communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) provider Route Mobile, has signed a business transfer agreement (BTA) to acquire Heltar Technologies’ AI-driven omnichannel customer engagement business.
The transaction, structured as a slump-sale, will see Route Mobile gain automated communication workflow capabilities. Heltar’s chatbot and automation capabilities span WhatsApp and RCS, while its no-code, prompt-driven platform enables enterprises to configure and launch new use cases expeditiously.
