AI creates capabilities for cybersecurity defenders: MeitY’s S Krishnan
NEW DELHI: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a robust scope to create capabilities for cybersecurity defenders and acts as a catalyst to act faster during threat events, a top government official said on Monday.
“AI itself has the scope of creating the capabilities for defenders to defend against the kind of attacks that can be created by malicious forces,” S Krishnan, secretary, Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), said, adding that enterprises should use AI effectively in making sure that we act faster is something which becomes important.
