Route Mobile, Truecaller partner on business messaging
Route Mobile has partnered with the Swedish caller ID application, Truecaller, to expand the reach of the latter’s business messaging platform.
“The collaboration aims to help enterprises connect more effectively with their customers through interactive and trusted messaging,” Route Mobile said in a joint statement Wednesday.
As part of the partnership, Route Mobile will enable access to Truecaller Business Messaging, enabling enterprises to deliver secure and trusted communication at scale.
“By combining our robust CPaaS infrastructure with Truecaller’s extensive user reach and rich media messaging, we are enabling brands to communicate more effectively, build trusted interactions, and engage customers in a more meaningful way,” said Tushar Agnihotri, CEO, Route Mobile.
The partnership aims to enhance user engagement by enabling businesses to reach more than 500 million monthly active users globally on Truecaller, as per the statement.
The platform offers both one-way and two-way communication capabilities, with functionalities including verified business messaging, hyperlinks, smart-priority sticky notifications, and read receipts.
“This partnership will help drive broader platform adoption and create new opportunities to serve enterprise customers through Route Mobile’s extensive network globally,” said Priyam Bose, global head (go-to-market), Truecaller.
