    Telegram moves court against ‘grossly disproportionate’ curbs ahead of NEET retest

    Messaging platform Telegram moved Delhi High Court on Wednesday, challenging the government’s decision to temporarily restrict access to the app ahead of the NEET-UG 2026 retest on June 21.

    The high court asked the Centre and the National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the medical entrance exam, to file a reply to the petition and listed the matter for hearing on Thursday.
