US orders suspension of Anthropic’s Fable 5, Mythos 5 over security concerns

In an unprecedented move, the US government has ordered artificial intelligence company Anthropic to suspend worldwide access to its flagship AI models, Fable 5 and Mythos 5, citing national security concerns over a possible method of bypassing the systems’ built-in safeguards.
