Elon Musk recently said that the future growth of artificial intelligence (AI) could eventually be limited by Earth’s physical constraints. Speaking during a conversation with JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, the SpaceX CEO argued that the planet can support only a limited amount of AI computing power before energy and infrastructure become bottlenecks. According to Musk, the solution may lie beyond Earth.
