Meta’s highest-paid employee Alexandr Wang has reportedly signaled how the company plans to compete with rivals such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google in the AI race. In a recent interview, Alexandr Wang said that the future Meta AI models will stand out because of their health-related capabilities. Speaking at the Bloomberg Tech conference in San Francisco, Wang said health will play a major role as Meta develops larger and more advanced AI models. “Health is an area that we view as really critical as we scale these models out to billions,” he said, giving a glimpse into Meta’s AI strategy as the social media giant aims to differentiate its models from offerings by ChatGPT, Claude and Google’s Gemini.
