US firm ContentNexus files patent suit against Wipro
A US patent holding and licensing entity has filed a lawsuit against Wipro in a US federal court, alleging that the Indian IT services company used technology covered by two patents owned by it without authorisation.
ContentNexus LLC filed the complaint on April 22 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. It accused Wipro of making, using, selling and importing products and services by infringing on two patents related to “signal processing apparatus and methods”.
