Cyient launches commercial GaN device portfolio in India leveraging Navitas’ technology
NEW DELHI: Cyient Semiconductors on Monday launched seven new gallium nitride (GaN) power devices for the Indian market, developed using the US-listed Navitas Semiconductor’s technology.
Cyient said the new devices – under its first commercial GaN portfolio – are designed to address the rapidly growing demand for high-efficiency, high-power density solutions across AI data centers, telecommunications, consumer fast charging, industrial power systems, and e-mobility platforms.
