Anant Raj forms committee to mull demerger of data center business
NEW DELHI: Homegrown real estate firm Anant Raj has formed a committee, led by its Managing Director Amit Sarin, to mull the demerger of its data center services business for efficiency and create a sector-centric strategy.
The listed company presently operates in two distinct industries – real estate development and data center services – which it said differ significantly in their nature, risk profile, competitive dynamics, and capital requirements.
