Infosys moves US court over $5 million arbitration award

Infosys has moved a US court seeking confirmation and enforcement of a $5 million arbitration award against US-based investment firm 777 Partners over unpaid consulting dues.

In a petition filed under the US Federal Arbitration Act and the New York Convention, Infosys asked the court to confirm a final arbitration consent award issued in April by the American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). TOI has reviewed the petition.
