American Inseego to gain in India from Nokia’s FWA CPE business acquisition

NEW DELHI: Inseego will be able to establish a strong foothold in India through the acquisition of Finnish Nokia’s fixed wireless access (FWA) consumer premises equipment (CPE) business, but the US network solutions specialist may face competition from Taiwanese vendors, according to analysts and executives.

They added that the move will consolidate the FWA router vendors’ market, but it may not impact consumer demand.
