Anthropic nears $1.5 billion joint venture with Wall Street firms

Anthropic is nearing a $1.5 billion joint venture with Wall Street firms, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal

Alternative asset manager Blackstone and private equity firm Hellman & Friedman are expected to anchor the deal, with each investing roughly $300 million. International investment bank and wealth management firm Goldman Sachs is also set to be a founding investor, the report added, set to contribute around $150 million.
