Infosys appoints Nitin Paranjpe as vice chairman
IT company Infosys has appointed HUL’s non-executive chairman Nitin Paranjpe as non-executive vice chairman of its board with immediate effect, the company said in a statement.
Paranjpe is also non-executive Vice Chairman of Heineken NV.
“The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Nitin Paranjpe as non-executive Vice Chairman of the Board with immediate effect,” the statement said.
