Microsoft Outlook down: What the company has to say on the outage

Microsoft Outlook has suffered a major global outage as thousands of professionals in the US began their work on Monday (April 27). According to reports, the employees met with “Account Not Authenticated” messages after a disruption began early in the day, leaving them unable to access their inboxes during peak business hours.

As per reporting site Downdetector, more than 1000 formal reports have been made with 68% of users stating they are completely unable to log in. Others reported problems with the app and receiving messages.
