Reliance Jio’s ARPU rises to Rs 214 as subscriber base crosses 52.4 crore in Q4FY26

Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries Limited on Friday reported a rise in average revenue per user (ARPU) for its telecom arm Reliance Jio Infocomm to ₹214 in the fourth quarter of FY26, as its total subscriber base crossed 524 million, supported by higher customer engagement and an improved subscriber mix.

The company said ARPU growth was partly impacted by a lower number of days in the quarter, even as Jio added 9.1 million net subscribers, taking its total user base past the 524 million mark. Monthly churn remained stable at 1.7%.
