AI majors building India base in Bengaluru boosting space demand
Global technology companies, from AI research labs to large software firms, are increasingly selecting Bengaluru as their India base, establishing it as a growing hub for AI-first innovation and driving a fresh wave of demand in the commercial real estate market.
Anthropic officially opened its Bengaluru office in February this year at The Executive Centre near Embassy Golf Link—the company’s second Asian base after Tokyo—deepening its commitment to a market where India has already emerged as Claude’s second-largest user base globally.
